Details

Location: 1049 School of Nursing

Working out is not just good for your bones, muscles and heart; regular exercise has been linked to a boost in memory, learning, test scores and overall IQ. No time to fit in a trip to the gym? Certified trainer and fitness instructor Courtney Collado is bringing the fitness to you! Stay for a workout, and leave with three different 15-minute exercise plans that you can do anywhere, anytime. Boost your brain power, your mood, and maybe even your backside. Please bring a mat or towel, and wear clothes and shoes that accommodate movement (scrubs are fine).

Free salad lunch for the first 25 guests following the session.

Presenter: Courtney Collado, Senior Coordinator, Kirmayer Recreation Center
